Servo Motor Repair

Servo Valve Repair

Every valve is evaluated and the specs are compared to those of the original manufacturers. Internal leakage, AFSA wear, hysteresis, and flow are all calculated and compared to OEM specification. Tolerances are calculated and computed. Coils and electronics are tested and measured to verify working order. To make all of this easy to understand, we have developed a level system as follows:

Level One		Basic clean and calibration: complete tear down, this includes removal of all parts into individual components. Every part is cleaned and all contaminants are removed (paint, dirt). Necessary bolts, washers, and connectors, filters, o-rings/seals are replaced. Valves are painted as necessary. A full hydraulic/electronic test is performed.
Level Two		Level one plus torque motor, or bushing spool assembly (BSA), Electronic repair, or replacement of LVDT.
Level Three		Level one plus a combination of the following torque motor/BSA/OBE/repair/LVDT.

Electronics Repair

Evaluation is the same as our valves and motors; completely broken down, compared and tested to OEM standards. Every component is repaired by certified engineers/technicians, using only the highest quality parts and equipment in every repair. All meters, scopes, power supplies. and other sensitive testing equipment are calibrated on regular intervals to insure precise results. Custom test setups and equipment are used to perform complete final tests on a variety of electronic equipment. After every repair, a rigorous 3-part quality control check is performed to certify a quality repair.
